🌊 The Flood (Genesis 7)

Hopefully last week’s Bible study wasn’t a flood of information! 😁

God delivered on His promise to bring the flood and cast judgment on all the living creatures on the earth. God could have easily cast judgment right away. Yet He gave people time to repent and to change their ways. In the end though, they did not, and only Noah, his family and a remnant of animals were rescued (Genesis 7).

How often have we thought, “Oh, I have time left, I can procrastinate my time with God”? Yet it is the very fact that we still have time that we should make use of the time to build up a better relationship with God. Let us not be like the people of Noah’s time, and instead learn to be like Noah and put our faith in God, that he will deliver us from our struggles like He did for Noah.
