Each day we are constantly plugging into various things. Charging our devices 📱 Connecting to the internet 📶 Or getting updates from news and social media 🤼
The importance of contact (with the right person) is emphasized in two related healings that Jesus did: the healing of a religious leader’s daughter, and the healing of a woman with a bleeding problem (Mark 5:21-43). In both, healing involved touch. The man asked Jesus to come and lay hands on his daughter. The woman touched Jesus’s garment and was healed. Jesus took the young girl by the hand and she awoke.
Do you want to experience God’s power in your life? Do you find yourself being blocked from living a fulfilling life? Are you suffering from ailments that are draining the life out of you? Or do you have someone you care about who is losing life?
If we want to experience God’s power then we must plug in 🔌 We must come into contact with God through Jesus. God is the power source of life, and Jesus has been showing us how we can connect.
