Last time on Logos Fellowship, we looked at the very start of the Bible, Genesis 1:1-2. How are we to read the book of Genesis? The main purpose of our study on Genesis is to learn what God wants to teach us. At the very beginning we learn that God exists outside of our idea of time and space. And this hints at the purpose of our creation.
One thing that stood out to me was that although God could do anything and has created everything, he wants to have a close relationship with us. How we experience God and how we build up that relationship is through the challenges we face and through overcoming them. I am grateful that I get to experience God through every challenge and every struggle. And I will continue to look to God while I’m going through these challenges to overcome them.
